Augusta Beekman, Social Media Manager
Augusta Beekman is a junior in her second year with the Outlander. She is the PR/Social Media manager for the journalism department and is also a script writer and on-air personality for Broadcast Journalism’s Wake Up Woodgrove. Augusta joined journalism for her love of writing and hopes to continue working in journalism in the future. She loves to write on sports, student life, and pop culture. Outside of the Outlander, she is on the Women’s Lacrosse team, Student Leaders, and a board member of Fellowship Club. She enjoys scrapbooking, hanging out with friends and family, lifeguarding, and catching up on the latest Formula One race.
