Jennie-Kate Hannis is a junior and an Online Editor now in her 2nd year on the Outlander. She joined the program in her sophomore year to facilitate her love of writing and to have the opportunity to grow closer to the school community. Jennie-Kate’s writing focuses on student life, local events, and opinions. She has leadership positions in Student Council, Rho Kappa, and Woodgrove for Women along with volunteering at Franklin Park Arts Center and working with Loudoun Community Press. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, watching movies, and taking Sporcle geography quizzes. Jennie-Kate is passionate about history and student press freedom.
